Wearing Clip-In Hair Extensions:
The procedure that you need to follow to wear clip-in hair extensions is:

1) The first step that you need to follow to wear clip-in hair extensions is to lay out your clip-in hair extensions according to their length and width size. After laying them out, you need to carefully detangle them using a hairbrush. You can take any length and width of the clip-in hair extension that you find best matches your requirements and hair type.

2) The next step is to part your front hair the way you normally do with the help of a tail comb.

3) After you have parted your front hair, divide your hair at right angles, starting from the point where you parted your hair initially to your ear.

4) Once you have divided your front hair perpendicularly, you need to use the hair clip to hold that section in place.

5) After you have divided your hair on one side of the head, you need to do the same to the hair on the other side of your head as well, i.e., divide them perpendicularly and clip them in place.

6) Now, take the hair from the back of your head and divide an inch of the bottom hair. Hold in place the rest of your back hair using another hair clip. Essentially, dividing your hair into four major sections, i.e., two perpendicular hair sections from the front, one section of back hair, and one section of the bottom hair.

7) Once you are done with the partition of your hair, pick the clip-in hair extension that best matches the section of hair you want to add that extension to.

8) If the clip-in extensions that you are using for your hair come with a single clip for each hair extension, you can use double of those extensions for each section of divided hair, however, you need to keep those clips at least two inches apart.

9) Now, take rubber bands and tie your bottom hair section into smaller sections, keeping in view the distance of the clips on the hair extensions.

10) Tying your hair with the help of the rubber bands will prevent the clip-in extensions from slipping off your hair.

11) Open the clip of the first extension and secure the extension on the tied section of hair by closing the clip. Once you have snapped closed all the clips of the extension, you need to smooth out your hair with the help of a brush or by gently using your fingers.

12) Now, make another section of hair, almost an inch up from the bottom section, by taking the hair from the back section. For this section too, take the extension that best fits it. You are going to do the same for all the next sections.

13) Repeat the process of making smaller sections of hair by tying your hair with the help of rubber bands and securing clip-in extensions on those sections of hair.

14) Again, you are going to repeat the process of dividing bottom hair into sections that are one inch above the other and further dividing that section into smaller sections by tying them with the help of rubber bands and securing clip-in extensions on the tied sections of hair.

15) Every time you complete a section of hair, smooth out the hair with the help of your fingers or hairbrush so that the knots are being detangled each time.

16) Once you have clipped-in all the hair extensions into the back and bottom hair sections, you can start with the front hair of perpendicular sections.

17) For the front hair, you should use smaller clip-in hair extensions with single clips.

18) After you have clipped-in all the hair extensions, you can style your hair however you desire.
