How will you feel when you first wear a wig?

Hairstyle is so important, isn’t it? So what’s your feeling when you first were a wig? Let’s check people’s reaction when they first wear a wig:

1.”I love fake hair, so this was a fun experiment for me. The roots on the wig were no joke, but I thought it actually looked pretty good on. ” —Elisa

2.”I felt hot in the wig, by which I mean that I immediately began sweating along my brow line. I have never had long hair before and certainly don’t plan to again because it felt like there were curtain drapes on my face — and they were itchy, stale, glass noodle curtain drapes, specifically.” —Alex

3.”I felt like (A) I definitely have a huge head, (B) long, one-length hair is kind of awesome and made me feel strong, and (C) wigs are weird.” —Emily

4.”It was really ticklish! I found myself stroking the hair a little more than usual because the texture was so different from my hair — it was soft, and I felt a little like I was a Labradoodle with mermaid-length fur.” Helin

12 Ways You’re Applying Your Hair Products Wrong

  1. You’re using way too much moisturizing cream, which can weigh your hair down. “Instead, squeeze a pea- to quarter-size amount of the hydrating leave-in formula, like TRESemmé Max the Volume Lightweight Moisturizing Lotion, onto one of your palms, and then rub your two hands together like you would hand cream,” TRESemmé celebrity stylist Jeanie Syfu says. “That way when you apply it, the product goes through evenly and actually coats more strands.”1
  • You only spritz your hair a few times with heat protector after you towel dry.“It’s important to spray everysection thoroughly that you plan to blow-dry, curl, or flat iron,” Syfu says. She suggests using TRESemmé Get Sleek Heat Protect Spray first, and then brushing it through once to rake it through for an even application. Also, make sure to concentrate on the face-framing pieces that get the most heat styling, so your hair doesn’t become dry and brittle from the heat.
  1. You’re trying to smooth frizz by patting curl cream onto the top layer of your hair only. But what you should really be doing to battle frizz is rubbing a quarter-size amount of curl cream, like TRESemmé Make Waves Shine Enhancing Cream, in your palm, taking random-size sections, and twisting your curls around and around your finger, so each curl gets wave-defining attention.

  1. You hold the nozzle of your hairspray too close to your hair.Spraying hairspray too close to your hair will concentrate the formula in one spot, leaving it crunchy and not touchable. Instead, Syfu suggests holding a hairspray, like TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Frizz-Free Hold Hairspray, about 12 inches away from your hair, aiming it at an angle so that you get a light mist all over.2
  2. 5. You only spray the ends of your hair with a lightweight conditioning spray, since you think that’s the driest part of your strands. “Actually, lightweight conditioners keep frizz down and promotes healthy, hydrated hair, so it’s smart to apply them on damp hair from roots to tips or, if you have fine hair, spray your hair from mid-length down to keep your volume in tact,” Syfu says. She recommends TRESemmé Renewal Hair & Scalp Conditioning Spray, which you can layer with any styling product after.

  1. You spritz salt spray on the top layer of your hair only. “To get the full effect of a salt spray, like TRESemmé Perfectly (un)Done Sea Salt Spray, you’ll need to work it into sections,” Syfu says. “Create a middle part and then lift sections of your hair, spritzing the spray simultaneously throughout it as the hair falls, so that you reach the strands underneath, along with the surface layer of your hair.”3
  2. You only apply mousse-like formulas to your roots. “Aiming it just at the roots can weigh hair down,” Syfu says, which is why she suggests building volume all over by parting your hair into two to three sections and combing a foam formula, like TRESemmé Perfectly (un)Done Wave Creating Sea Foam, from roots to tips.

  1. You apply your root-lifting formula quickly at your roots and that’s it. “To get major volume, you need to not only apply a root lifter, like TRESemmé Max the Volume Root Lifting Cream, to damp hair at your roots, but also throughout your hair to build body and give it structure,” Syfu says. “Then, blow-dry your hair after to let the heat lock in the lift.”

  1. You glob a styling cream onto your roots and work it down the hair shaft. Styling cream is typically thicker than most hair products, so you first want to be conservative with the amount that you’re using, so you don’t make your hair greasy. Syfu recommends parting your hair down the middle and pulling the two sections over each shoulder. “Then, apply a quarter-size amount (a little more if your hair is long or super thick or curly) of styling cream, like TRESemmé Make Waves Defining Cream, onto your palms, rub them together, and use your fingers as a comb to rake the product through from the ends upward,” she says. “That way you don’t get too much product at your roots, which can weigh your hair down.”4
  2. You usually wait to apply a wave/curl definer until after you’ve diffused or air-dried your hair. “Applying the product before your waves/curls are formed is key for frizz-free defined hair,” Syfu says, who suggests combing TRESemmé Make Waves Shaping Gel Cream through freshly washed wet — not damp — hair, then drying it with a diffuser or letting it air-dry.

  1. After you blow-dry your hair, you always apply a shine enhancer all over your strands. “Shiny hair is gorgeous, but you want to keep the volume you just created,” Syfu says, which is she recommends using a shine-boosting formula, like TRESemmé YouthBoost Youthful Fullness Shine Lotion, as a finishing product on the ends of your hair only (since your roots are the healthiest and shiniest part of your hair anyway, so they don’t need added shine) and to tame unruly flyaways.

  1. Your were born with amazing texture but you apply a ton of blow-dry cream to make your style hold that much longer. If you have great texture, chances are your style will stay put, but if you feel the need to apply hair product, Syfu suggests adding just a few small pumps of a blow-dry balm, like TRESemmé Get Sleek Blow Dry Balm, in the palm of your hands, rubbing them together to warm the formula, flipping your hair over, and working a light coating of the product over small sections from underneath. “Then, flip your head back over and do the same, staying away from your roots unless you need to tame flyaways.”

Method of Fiber Wig Care

Although human hair have many advantage compare with synthetic wigs, such as feeling  and breathability.
Meanwhile, Synthetic wigs offer a lot of advantages over natural ones including the ease of synthetic wig care. They tend to be far quicker and easier to dry than natural hair wigs, plus they tend to hold their style and shape better. Because they have a preset style, you’ll spend less time restyling and shaping them. They also tend to be lighter and cooler to wear in the warm summer months. Because they’re made of synthetic fibers, you don’t have to worry about them changing color in the sun. Combine that with the decreased cost and easy availability of synthetic wigs and you can see why so many women choose them over natural hair ones.

If you want your wig to last a long time, it’s important that you practice good synthetic wig care. Here’s how to wash your wig safely :

You’ll need to purchase a synthetic wig shampoo designed specifically for synthetic wigs. Never use a regular shampoo on a synthetic wig.

Brush your wig lightly with a wire brush before washing. Never brush your wig with a regular hairbrush as it can damage the fibers.
3.. Add a teaspoonful of wig shampoo to a bowl of cool water. Never use hot water on a synthetic wig.

Place the wig into the water for one minute until it’s saturated with the shampoo/water combination. Do use it lightly in the basin for an additional minute.
Remove your wig from the basin and gently squeeze excess water from your wig. Never twist or wring your wag to avoid damage.
Gently blot your wig dry with a towel.
Place wig back on its form to dry completely before styling. Never style a wet wig!
You can periodically condition your wig by applying hair conditioner periodically after washing and before the final rinse.
Always store your wig on it’s wig stand when not being worn. This will help to maintain it’s form and style.
How often should you wash your synthetic wig?

It’s generally recommended that synthetic wigs be washed after every 15-20 wearings. If you wash too frequently, you risk shortening the life of your wig. If you keep your own hair clean underneath the wig, you can reduce the frequency with which your wig needs washing which may further help to prolong the life of your wig. Be sure to take your wig in to be styled by a professional at regular intervals.

By following these guidelines for synthetic wig care, you should be able to enjoy your synthetic wig for a long time!

It`s sounds OK? Let`s just do it.

How to beauty our life with Clip-In Hair Extensions

Fashion step into our daily life from time to time, Such as clip hair extension.

I’ve always stayed far away from clip-in hair extensions. They make me think of Bump-Its, Britney Spears during the K.Fed years, and horrible shows like The Bad Girls Club, with women ripping each other’s fake hair out. I recently discovered that several of my friends keep clip-ins handy for getting thicker, longer-looking hair for a night, and they always look good—but I still wasn’t entirely sold on the idea of wearing something in my hair that could potentially fall out or make me look like a pop star on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

That all changed when I met up with hairstylist Ken Paves yesterday at the launch event for his new collection of Hairdo By HairUWear products. (They’re out this fall and include textured ponytails and ombré-dyed extensions.) With three quick clicks and a few swipes of a flatiron, Paves converted me into a clip-in fanatic—my hair looked, and felt, thicker and the 16-inch piece blended in seamlessly with my natural hair. I was lucky enough to have Paves himself put mine in (which I kept in all night!), so I took the opportunity to grill him for his best tips and tricks for putting them in myself.

Create a good base. You need to give the hair some grip so that the combs on the back of the extension have something to hold onto and don’t just slip out. Paves recommends spraying a medium- to strong-hold hair spray and using a comb to tease the area where you’ll apply the clips.

Be a master of disguise. Fine-haired ladies like myself need to be more careful that the top of the extension doesn’t peek through our natural hair. Teasing the section of hair just above the clip and just below it will provide the necessary coverage and also give you some extra hold.

Use your heat tools. The most important step is to blend your natural hair and the extension together. Paves wrapped both my hair and the extension around his flatiron, to make sure they flowed into one another and to ensure that each layer had the same loose, wavy texture. Use a large-barrel curling iron for bigger curls or, if you want everything to be superstraight, run a flatiron over both your hair and the extension in the traditional way.

Shake it up. When you’re finished, use your fingers to shake your hair and the extension, allowing it to fall naturally into place.

To beauty our life , we need more new idea and action.

Wigs—New Favorite For Fashionable Girls

Wigs, with the new concept”Head Fashion”, have gradually become the new favorite of the fashion industry. Wigs are prevalent mainly among the fashionable girls of 80s and 90s. They love beauty, have creative and unique mind and stand for a simpler way of life and freedom without restraint. Wigs have already become a necessity of their daily life. Let’s us hear their voice together.

Fashionable Accessories with Elegant Style

Tanya, Office Lady, 30 years’ old

As a public relation manager of top global 500 companies, I frequently went to attend high-end occasions. The elegant and proper appearance is very important to me. With various clothes, shoes, and bags in the closet, I can do an excellent match according to different occasions. However, every time hairstyle is a problem. Normal and plain hairstyle affects the overall match effect to a large extent, but I cannot manage to squeeze time to go to the salon and do my hair. So annoying.

Lead Fashion Trend, Shape Changeable Images

Niki, Model, 27 years’ old

I have to change the hairstyle to shape different images due to my career–a model. My hair was damaged badly after a long time blowing, pulling, perming and dying. When I get in touch with wigs, hair extensions and other hair products, I recommend to my stylist and successfully make the same effect before without any damage to my personal hair.

Nowadays the fashionable and changeable wigs are available very conveniently. Not only in the working time, but also in the daily life, I like wear a wig to display a unique and attractive appearance.

Exaggerate Hairstyle, Live a Unique Life

Annie, High School Student, 22 years’ old

Wearing exaggerate and colorful wigs, I walked on the street with a fashionable clothing and got 100% rate of second glance. That is the moment I enjoy most. However, schools are very strict on students’ appearance and it is impossible to dye and perm a non-mainstream hairstyle.

But through wigs, situation completely changed. Whenever I attend a party or go to shop. Just pick up one of the wigs and then an exaggerated appearance formed.

Conclusion: Wig has become the symbol of fashion as nowadays people pay more attention to the beauty and fashion. If you are an 80s or 90s and have never worn a wig before, then you are”OUT”. Without several wigs in hand, your life is too boring and plain. Try to use wigs to rich your life and show the taste and personality, and you will get far beyond the expectation.

The Do’s and Don’ts of Wearing Wigs

In the last decades more and more women are embracing the type of multifunction that comes with a wig, but it seems as if the rules need to be set again
So, here is the list of wig do’s and don’ts for people who wear wigs.
Don’t wear a wig you bought straight from the package.
Do have it cut into the shape that suits your face.

Do have the most natural looking wig in a modern way.
Don’t go for startling colors, unless you are a former Supreme.
Do have a natural hairline looking.

Don’t do the crescent moon hairline. In a word, let your forehead be pretty.
Do be sure your wig is fit your age. Short wigs are great but can make one look older for some people.

Do make your lace in the front be professional. If you are not sure what you are doing, just leave it alone.
Do try a half-wig. Since your own hair is exposed, it is easier to pull off. So the texture fitting for your natural hair is OK.

Do keep your wig’s shape by putting it on a wig stand.
Do keep your natural hair smooth.
Many people do not pull off their wigs when they are in the pool.
In fact, they are deceiving themselves. Because most of the time, people know it is a wig.
So, remember these dos and don’ts, and be a pretty woman.

Human Hair! It’s Worth It!

Expensive! This might be the initial reaction when you heard Human Hair Wigs. BUT as the superior quality of wig products, human hair is absolutely worth it with the below advantages:
A. More Natural Appearance.

No matter human hair wigs or hairpieces, extensions, all of them look more natural and feel more real than synthetic hair. It will give you the great look with its shining and straight. On the other hand, there is a difference handfeel if you touch it compared to the synthetic wig products.

B. Can be styled and dyed.
Compared to synthetic hair, human hair can be dyed and styled more freely to well match with your own hair. You can cut and style as you want. But please ask your stylist to do if you have to, otherwise it’s a risk to do with yourself.
Moreover, it is better to dye from a light color to a deep color compared dying from a deep color to a light color. That is because it will damage the cuticle of the hair.
C. Longer Lifespan.
For the top quality human hair, it can be used for more than a year if you have good maintainance while synthetic hair can’t last so long time as human hair. Care products is necessary especially after you dying and styling it.
Well, both human hair and synthetic hair have their advantages and different customer needs different hair.If you don’t have much money, you can buy a lace closure or hair weft hairpiece, hair extensions to replace a wig. They are much cheap that most people can afford it.
So did you wanna try a human hair?
